The Red Sea Fund, a program under the Red Sea Film Foundation, has opened submissions for post-production projects as part of its first funding cycle of 2026, running from January 6 to January 27, 2026.
Through this cycle, the Fund continues its commitment to supporting and empowering emerging cinematic voices from Saudi Arabia, the Arab world, Africa, and Asia by offering direct financial grants that enable filmmakers to complete their projects. Interested filmmakers can submit their applications via the dedicated application link.
The first cycle of the Red Sea Fund for 2026 is dedicated to projects that have completed production, providing post-production support across feature-length fiction, documentary, and animation films.
Established in 2021, the Red Sea Fund has supported more than 330 projects to date, with many supported titles going on to receive international recognition and prestigious awards at major film festivals around the world.
