The Red Sea International Film Festival

The Red Sea International Film Festival is the region's premier cinematic event and the first and only international film festival in Saudi Arabia.
Over 10 full days, Historic Jeddah transforms into a cultural and artistic hub, hosting film stars from both behind and in front of the camera, from all around the world. It's an extraordinary cinematic celebration for film lovers and creators alike. From captivating and thrilling stories to the wonders of animation and compelling documentaries, the Festival showcases a carefully curated selection of the latest Saudi, Arab, and international films, covering all categories of cinematic storytelling. Some films will be premiered globally, in the Middle East, or the Arab world, exclusively on the Festival's platform. This is your chance to see films you won’t find anywhere else.
The Festival also welcomes film enthusiasts and filmmakers from Saudi Arabia and beyond, with a wide range of events, programs, activities, and accompanying parties. Festival Venues
Every day, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am, you'll experience the Festival at a stunning cinema palais, offering a state-of-the-art cinematic experience in Historic Jeddah’s Culture Square and Cultural Garden. Enjoy delectable food and beverage selections and the excitement of the red carpet. Just steps away, you can explore the bustling Red Sea Souk, adding even more to your festival experience.
This year, the Red Sea International Film Festival collaborates with the Tariq Abdulhakim Museum to celebrate the museum’s second anniversary through a special activation held at the Cultural Garden. The event features a diverse lineup of programs and experiences that highlight music and culture, along with a selection of films screened for the first time at the Cultural Garden as part of the festival’s accompanying activities. This collaboration reflects the museum’s role as a cultural partner of the Red Sea International Film Festival. The activations run from December 4 to 13, offering an experience that brings together art, cinema, and music.

Parking & Transportation
The following streets will be closed to unauthorised vehicles from 30 November to 14 December. Please plan your visit accordingly.
WHERE TO PARKThe RSIFF takes place across two neighbouring venues: Culture Square and the Red Sea Souk. Free parking is available at the Red Sea Souk for all visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking spaces are limited. Both venues are within walking distance from the parking area, and free shuttles are also available.
Parking Opening Times: 08:00 – 02:00 (TBC)
Visitors arriving by taxi or other ride services can be dropped off and picked up at designated locations only.
A geofencing system will restrict pick-ups to specific points within the venue. Please refer to the allocated pick-up and drop-off zones for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
A free shuttle service operates between the Culture Square and the Red Sea Souk from 5 to 13 December.
Shuttles run from 8:00 am to 2:00 am, every 5–10 minutes from the designated departure points listed below.
The journey between venues takes approximately 7 minutes.
People of Determination (POD) have access to dedicated parking and shuttle facilities at the Red Sea International Film Festival.
When arriving by car or taxi, please show your POD documentation to the parking staff, who will direct you to the designated parking bays located near the festival entrance.
To travel between venues, accessible cars and golf carts are available for your convenience.

All cinema enthusiasts are urged to get their tickets and secure their spot at the biggest cinematic event along the coast of the Red Sea and the Arab World. The Festival will provide film lovers with the exclusive opportunity to be the first to choose the films they would like to see. We will showcase the best works from the region as well as a carefully curated selection of acclaimed titles from around the world.
Public Festival visitors can purchase tickets at the following rates:

- Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold.
- Seating is guaranteed up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening and panel.
- Late arrivals are seated at the Theatre Manager's discretion.
- Programs, schedules, and venues are subject to change.
- Proof of age may be required for age-restricted films.
- Recording devices are strictly prohibited in all screenings and panels.
- Badge holders may release tickets up to 60 minutes before the screening via the app, website, or Box Office.
- Unreleased and unused tickets will count toward the Two-Strike Policy.

The program comprises several sections, each expertly curated by a team of internationally renowned programmers, delivering the best in Arab and world cinema and television to engage Saudi and global audiences. The No Show Policy is a rule applied to ensure that tickets are used efficiently and that empty seats are minimized during screenings and events.
A No Show occurs when a ticket holder reserves a ticket but does not attend the event and does not cancel, release, or share the ticket in advance. To avoid penalties, ticket holders must return, release, or share any unused tickets at least 60 minutes before the event. This ensures that other guests have the opportunity to attend. Two-Strike Policy- First missed screening or In-Conversation: You will receive a message reminding you about the No Show Policy and how to release tickets in the future.
- Second missed screening or In Conversation: Your badge booking privileges will be paused for 24 hours, starting from the end of the missed event. You may still purchase tickets at regular pricing.
- Any additional missed screening or In Conversation: Each additional No Show will trigger a new 24-hour pause.
Non-English language films will be screened with English and Arabic subtitles, and Arabic language films with English subtitles.

Badge Policy
For ease of access and identification, please carry your Red Sea International Film Festival badge with you at all times throughout the Festival.
Your badge is personal and non-transferable. It grants access to Festival venues, (including the Red Sea Souk), screenings, panels, industry events, and shuttle transportation in accordance with your accreditation level. Screenings and “In-Conversation” tickets can be obtained directly through the Festival mobile app.
If your badge is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to the Accreditation Office. A replacement badge will be issued within 24 hours, and the original badge will be deactivated for security purposes.
Festival security and staff may request to see your badge at any time. Please ensure it is visible when entering Festival venues or restricted areas. Failure to present a valid badge may result in denied entry.
