Each day has its own registration form:
• Opening Night
• Red Carpet Fan Zone (daily)
• Closing Night
You may register for multiple days, but each day requires a separate form.

No. Registration forms do not require an account or login.

No. Submitting the form does not guarantee entry.
All registrations are reviewed internally, and attendees are selected based on capacity. Selection is random to ensure fairness.

If selected, you will receive a Fan Zone Pass by email.
This is your official confirmation.

The Fan Zone Pass is a digital confirmation sent by email.
It includes:
• Your registration details
• The matching wristband number for that day
You must show this pass at check-in to receive your wristband.

All attendees check in at Fan Zone stand at the Welcome Hub located at Festival Public Parking 
There, you will: 

1. Show your Fan Zone Pass 
2. Receive your wristband 
3. Board the dedicated shuttle bus to Culture Square 

A dedicated shuttle bus will take registered fans from  Festival Public Parking → Culture Square. 

Please arrive early enough to complete:

• Check-in
• Wristband pick-up
• Shuttle boarding
• Security screening

Late arrivals may not be allowed due to red carpet timing.

No. There is no re-entry once you leave the Fan Zone.
Exceptions are only for medical emergencies escorted by security.

Yes. The Fan Zone has open standing areas.
Positioning is first-come, first-served.

You must be 12 years or older to attend.

Small personal mobile phones are allowed.
However, professional cameras are not permitted.

Only small bags are allowed.
Large bags and oversized items are not permitted.

Yes. Cold bottled water will be available.

If there is space on the day, walk-up registration may be allowed at Welcome Hub located the Festival Public Parking.

• Opening & Closing Nights: Fans will be escorted directly to the exits.
• Regular days: Fans may roam Culture Square after the red carpet unless otherwise instructed.

Yes, but you must register for each day separately and be selected for each one.

Once confirmed, the schedule and expected celebrity arrivals will be shared on the RSIFF website and social media channels.

Yes. All selected attendees will receive an email containing:

• Their Fan Zone Pass
• Wristband instructions
• Check-in details
• Security guidelines
