A young woman with a shaven head and her friend, a man with hair down to his shoulders, have their car confiscated by the Teheran Morality Police. A traffic camera filmed them, and the police mistook the man for a woman without a hijab. Even though the woman has no hair, she must pay their fine because the hijab law only applies to females. Incensed, the two of them look for a way to get their own back.
