An unlicensed doctor, living in a small village in the occupied Golan Heights and wrestling with his own psychological crisis, meets a man wounded in the war in Syria. It is an encounter that will affect him profoundly, bringing him into conflict with prevailing beliefs about his obligations as a man living in a country at war. However difficult it is, he has to deal with his own discomfort living in a patriarchal society.
