Programme Manager (Full time, Saudis only):

The Red Sea International Film Festival offers a world class film program sourced from our film submissions. To deliver a robust program, there is a rigorous viewing process that takes place in order to source and secure the best films. The programing department requires a highly organized, passionate and deadline driven Program Manager. This key position works closely with the Artistic Director and is required to organize, manage and coordinate the film programming team. Successful applicants will be people-orientated, film-friendly and curious about cinema and the arts.

Submissions Manager (Full Time, Saudis only):

The Red Sea International Film Festival receives a large volume of short and feature length film submissions from Saudi, the Arab world and internationally. The Submissions Manager is required to carefully manage the entire process related to the submission of films to the festival. A film loving, detail oriented, systems minded person is required to manage our submissions system and ensure all submitted films are properly viewed and assessed. Successful applicants will be people-orientated, film-friendly and curious about cinema and the arts.

Director of Festival Operations (Full Time):

The festival prides itself on delivering world-class events for public and industry audiences. This crucial role is wide-ranging, dynamic and exciting as it ensures the professional execution of all major festival events including opening, closing ceremonies, awards ceremonies, charity and year round events. Together with the senior management of the team, the Director of Festival operations will contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy and operational plan for departments such as registration, box office and the festival theatres and events.

Sponsorship Manager (Full Time, Saudis only):

This high profile, people orientated role develops and executes an intricate and relevant sponsorship strategy for the festival to ensure that support targets are achieved. A Sponsorship manager must be energetic and maintain high satisfaction levels with the sponsors by ensuring close working relationships with them and ensuring various kinds of deliverables and commitments are not only met but exceeded.

Advertising and Brand Marketing Manager (Full Time, Saudis only):

The Brand Manager will be responsible of developing the Festivals Mar-Com strategy in line with strategic Festival objectives and also will manage the implementation of all Mar-Com operations process within department. Together with the Director of Marketing and Communications the Brand Manager will work on Publications, New & Digital Media and Festivals Brand Management.
