Already very involved in the world of cinema, Chopard is proud to demonstrate its love of the seventh art by being official partner of the Red Sea International Film Festival, currently being held in Jeddah from December 1st<\/sup> to 10th<\/sup>. Together with Vanity Fair, Chopard along with partner Attar United, co-hosted the Women in Cinema Gala<\/em> on December 2nd<\/sup>, an exclusive evening celebrating cinema, complemented by a fashion show featuring stunning Haute Joaillerie<\/em> pieces by the Maison. On December 8th<\/sup>, Chopard will also present the \u201cYoung Rising Star Award\u201d to support a new generation of talents in the cinema.<\/p>\n

Driven by the passion of Caroline Scheufele (Chopard Co-President and Artistic Director), Chopard has a longstanding love affair with cinema. This year, for the first time, Chopard is the official partner of the second edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival, which is taking place between 1st<\/sup> and 10th<\/sup> December 2022 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

Further reinforcing its support of the Festival, Chopard co-hosted the Women in Cinema Gala<\/em> with Vanity Fair on December 2nd<\/sup>. The evening held at the Park Hyatt in Jeddah at the joint invitation of Caroline Scheufele (Chopard Co-President and Artistic Director) \u00a0along with Mohammed Al Turki (CEO of the Festival), and in the presence of international and regional celebrities such as Emmanuelle B\u00e9art and Sonam Kapoor, included a scintillating fashion show of the Maison\u2019s spectacular Haute Joaillerie<\/em> creations.<\/p>\n

In line with the Maison\u2019s commitment to promoting young talent, Chopard has created a special trophy entitled the “Young Rising Star Award”. This will be presented to an emerging actor or actress as part of the Festival Awards Ceremony on December 8th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

About the Red Sea International Film Festival<\/p>\n

The second edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival will bring the best in Arab and World Cinema to Jeddah, nestled on the eastern shore of the Red Sea.
